Then, on July 5, 2022The Company reported expected revenue for 2Q2022, in the range of $56.4 million To $59.4 MillionThis is significantly lower than the previous revenue guidance of between $85 Million And $95 MillionAccording to the company, this was due to “a significantly slower pace for direct-to–garment (DTG), systems orders in quarter two than compared with our prior expectations.”  Kornit shares fell further on this news. $8.10 per share or 25.7%

The first case filed is Genesee County Employees’ Pension System v. Kornit Digital Ltd. No. 23-cv-888. A case subsequently, Cleveland Bakers And Teamsters Pension Fund v. Kornit Digital Ltd., No. No. 23-cv-971 was filed.
