Vishwakarma Jayanti celebrated in BHEL Bhopal

BHEL Bhopal celebrated Vishwakarma Jaanti with great enthusiasm today. Vipul Agrawal General Manager, Thermal Fabrication and Additional Charge at DTG was the chief Guest. All the general manager, union representatives, and a large group of employees were present. This time, for Vishwakarma Jaanti, tableaux on the themes “BHEL ki uchi udaan”, “Harit Urja”, Vande Bharat, and Chandrayaan were prepared in the various manufacturing sections of factory.

Agrawal and the jury members Amitabh Dubey and GP Baghel, General Managers observed the tableaux in the manufacturing blocks, and performed puja. He said the divine architect Lord Vishwakarma was revered as the God of artisans, engineers, and craftsmen. His creativity and skills have inspired generations.

Agarwal, in wishing Vishwakarma to all employees and their families on behalf of Rajeev, the Executive Director of BHEL, said that although the organization is currently going through a tough phase, the employees are ready to face any challenges. He said that everyone should work hard as a team with equal enthusiasm and dedication to achieve the target of the year.

At the end, awards were announced for the tableaux that had been prepared in the factory. In the category of products, TCB Group was awarded the first prize. STM was awarded the second and SCR Group was awarded the third. In the service category, HRD took the first prize. PRM took the second prize. And CMX took the third prize. In the 5S category PRM won first, TCB second and SCR third prizes, while CMX won consolation awards. Its jury consisted Rajeev Sarna Heera Bhharani and RKAgrawal, Additional Manager.
