News: Reidland Middle School polls delayed by ballot printer issue| News

McCracken County, KY — Some Reidland voters are experiencing delays at the polls due to an issue with the paper ballots.

Jane Kim of Local 6 spoke to Jamie Huskey, the County Clerk, to get the details.

Huskey says that there is a problem with the vendor’s ballot printing, which is causing the machine’s rejection of ballots. Huskey estimates that the issue will affect approximately 75 voters.

Husky claims there is no estimate as to when the ballots will print, but the deputy clerk is available at the school for assistance.

There are two ADA-compliant ballot machines available for voters. This allows them to vote on a screen rather than a paper one.
