Mentor Public Library hosts 3D printing program


Mar. 3—Discover how to create things using a 3D printer without learning computer-aided design during a program at 10 a.m. , March 25, at Mentor Public Library’s Main Branch, 8215 Mentor Ave.

Although the program is free, registration is required due to limited space. Register at www.mentorpl.org, or call the library at (440-255-8811) ext. 1.

According to a news release from the library, 3D printers are available at the library that can be used for public projects. Patrons can learn more and submit project files at www.mentorpl.org/3dprinting. Projects cannot exceed 10 inches

Cubed can be printed in a maximum of 10 hours. Printing costs $1 an hour.
