Quesnel RCMP seize weapons made with 3D printer at Ten Mile Lake house

A 26-year-old man was arrested and launched this week pending additional investigation after Mounties seized weapons manufactured from a 3D printer.

Sgt. Clay Kronebusch of the Quesnel RCMP stated a search warrant performed Feb. 15 at about 7:30 p.m. within the 4000 block of Ten Mile Lake Highway led to the seizure of manufactured firearms and firearm components, 3D printers and different equipment used within the manufacturing of firearms.

Quesnel RCMP’s Crime Discount Unit, in partnership with the Nationwide Weapons Enforcement Assist Workforce (NWEST), performed the search, which was the results of an investigation into the manufacturing of firearms and firearm components using 3D printers.

The outcomes of the investigation can be despatched to the BC Prosecution Service for evaluation of applicable expenses, famous police.
