The three-day surveillance audit by BHEL Mumbai is concluded with a meeting


M/s. I.R. Class System & Solution, Mumbai in BHEL, Bhopal concluded with a meeting at the DTG conference hall, BHEL, Bhopal. The Surveillance Audit was conducted as per ISO-14001 & ISO-45001 Standards by a four-member auditor team.

Shri Heeralal Bharani (HSE), Additional General Manager (AGM), welcomed all the participants and shed light on the various stages. He stated that safety and the environment are being taken seriously under the direction of the Unit Head.

I.R.’s chief auditor. Class System & Solution, Mumbai, A.K. Tiwari gave an overview of the ISO-45001 as well as ISO-14001 audits. He stated that the audit was centered on mutual dialogue, shop rounds, document verification, and the efforts of BHEL Bhopal to improve the environment, health, and safety was highly commendable.

Tiwari expressed his appreciation for the ongoing work and announced that the certification would be continued. He expressed his appreciation for the cooperation of BHEL officers and employees during the surveillance audit. This is a praiseworthy feat.

Addressing the meeting, Chief Guest, General Manager-Feeders & DTG Motisingh Rawat said that BHEL Bhopal is always committed to strive for the better. Rawat assured the audit-team they would continue to follow the ISO-45001 guidelines and ISO 14001 guidelines and that any suggestions or shortcomings will be addressed as soon as possible.

Rawat also directed HSE officers and employees to work together with a time-bound plan.

All general managers, department heads (HSE officers), HSE officers and office bearers for various unions were present at the programme. Rajkumar Meena was the Deputy Manager (HSE), while GirirajAgarwal, the Senior Manager (HSE), proposed the vote of appreciation.
