Women In Trucking Association names Trina Norris of UPS as 2022 Influential Women In Trucking
The Women In Trucking Association presented Trina NormanSouthern California Feeder Operations manager, UPS, receiving the 2022 Influential woman in Trucking award.

WIT Accelerate announced the winner! Conference & Expo in Dallas, Texas. The panel discussion, “When remarkable women do remarkable things”, was the occasion for the announcement. Norman’s tenure with UPS spans over three decades. She has proven herself to be a strong leader and global citizen. She is a member Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, where as an activity member, she has served for 24 years. She mentors and sponsors college students while they are in college.
Her mission is for women to be recruited, empowered, mentored, and encouraged to join the elite women behind UPS’s wheels. Norman led the charge in 2019 and was instrumental in establishing the first Women in Operations business resource team in South Cal. In March 2022, she was awarded the game-changer prize in recognition of her leadership skills and innovative methodology. In April 2022, she received the corporate trailblazer award. It was for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Women in Operations. She was awarded Visionary Leader Award in July 2022 because she excelled in extraordinary efforts to improve operational experience.
